We lay emphasis on training the employees at personal and professional level to meet our standards. We have in-house qualified trainers who deliver the various certified courses that are vocational and practical to enhance the quality of workforce and to support in their growth aspirations.

As our workforce comes from various countries, apart from professional training, we also create awareness of the local culture and traditions. We make it mandatory and ensure that all our employees uphold all the values of the local culture at all times.

We have our In-House Training that ensure regular training for our employees round the year are provided to maintain the high standards we have set for ourselves. Our training and employment contract totally obey the Qatar Labour Law 2019. We guarantee the minimum standard of rights, fulfilment of all the obligations of the employers and accrue the rightful benefits to the employees such as end of service benefits, we give high priority to ensuring a safe work environment for our employees and equipped with first aid facilities to manage injuries and also provide medical support and compensation in case of any fatalities.
